ISO ROOMATE for my current 2bd/2bath apt in Del Mar ASAP. On Mango Drive (Park Place Apts). Move in between March 30-April 30. 12 month lease. Need to confirm someone by 3/31!!

Looking to fill room with private bathroom
$1450 + utilities. Parking spot included, shared laundry. Attached video shows space before we moved in. Apartment website has lots of photos.

Your roommates would be Christina (me) and Nick. We both graduated from SDSU and work full time. I work in office 2/wk and Nick goes in 5/wk. We cook a lot on weeknights and have friends over for dinner about 1x month. Living room and kitchen are fully furnished.

Looking for a clean, laidback roommate who's around our age ( 20s). Need to make 2x rent to be approved to sign lease. No pets.
