Hi! I'm looking for one roommate to share my comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in Del Cerro.

Rent: $1,900/month + $150 flat monthly utilities & amenities fee ($2,050 total)

The available space is much roomier than a typical room rental. You'll have two private rooms, each approximately 10' × 12', plus your own full bathroom. One room works perfectly as a bedroom, while the second can be your dedicated home office, den, or hobby space.

Your $150 Monthly Utilities & Amenities Fee Includes:
- Electricity, gas, and water
- High-speed internet/Wi-Fi
- Housecleaning once per month
- Membership to the Del Cerro Pool Club — swimming pool, tennis courts, and pickleball court (there's normally a multi-year waiting list!)

The Home:

You'll also have full use of the shared kitchen and living areas, backyard and outdoor space with grill, fenced grassy yard shaded by mature fruit trees, and a raised garden bed you're welcome to use.

Washer and dryer are in the garage, and there's plenty of street parking.

The house is in a quiet residential part of Del Cerro with easy access to grocery stores, SDSU, Mission Valley, and I-8.

Who I'm Looking For:

I'm looking for one person who is clean, considerate, responsible, and easygoing. This could be an especially great setup for a working professional or someone who works hybrid/remote and would appreciate having a real home office instead of working from their bedroom.

A Little About Me:

I'm in my late 30s and work full-time in biotech. I own the home and have put a lot of love into making it a comfortable, relaxed place to live.

I'm friendly, active, and social, but I also value downtime and having my own space. Ideally, I'd like to live with someone who's similar — happy to chat, share a meal, or occasionally hang out, but who also has their own life and is comfortable doing their own thing.

During the week, I'm usually working in-office and keeping things pretty low-key in the evenings. On weekends, you'll often find me playing pickleball, running, swimming, working on a woodworking project in the garage, or getting outside.

Overall, I'm hoping to find someone who wants this to feel like a comfortable home rather than just a place to rent a room.
