About the household: This is a shared home with multiple working professionals. I’m an Asian American professional in my early 30s with a stable routine, and we keep the home respectful, clean, and low-key. Everyone is friendly but generally keeps to themselves.

Looking for a single occupant (no couples). No pets please — we already have one small dog. Ideal tenant is working, quiet, non-smoking, and tidy.
