Room for Rent in City Heights Area

Hello! We have a roommate moving out in either early December or early January and we need to rent her room out. Our names are Jessie 23F, Will 22M, and Cadena 23M. We are a friendly group, but if you prefer to keep to yourself that’s fine too. We are all night owls but still prefer quiet after 11pm during weeknights as I work early. We are open to anyone as long as you are tidy, respectful, responsible and can pay rent each month.

The apartment is a 2 bedroom 3 bath. Will and I(Jessie) are a couple and have one of the rooms on the upper floor and we also have our own bathroom. Cadena also has a room on the upper floor, and you would share a bathroom with him. The room is an 8x10 with a window facing the balcony. The living room and kitchen are shared, and the balcony is also a communal space. We do not want cigarette smokers due to allergies.

The room is not available to view as of now as our roommate wants privacy, but pictures of the room and the rest of the house will be attached. The apartment was recently remodeled and we just moved in September so the room and the rest of the house is still in tip top shape. *Note: These pictures are from the leasing but we have since added furniture and decorated a bit*
Rent is $880 per month which includes water. Electric will be split 4 ways.
