I'm looking for a like-minded housemate to share my beautiful upstairs unit in a Coronado duplex. With a shared front yard and a spacious front room flooded with natural light, you'll feel right at home.

As for me, I am a woman who enjoys hiking, stand-up paddleboarding, crafting, and reading in my free time.

The Details:

Rent: $1250/month plus utilities
Furnished bedroom with brand new queen sized bed, desk and large closet
Shared front yard with downstairs neighbor
Semi-Private bathroom (mostly to yourself) with a shower and tub, with responsibility for keeping it clean for occasional guests
Hybrid work schedule means I'm home about half the time, but you'll still have plenty of space to yourself
Washer and dryer in the unit - convenient and comfortable!
No pets, sorry!
