My name is Kia Lauren and I have an EMPTY condo near UCSD I am looking to occupy with someone like minded. The back story is my boyfriend has left SD due to military (he WILL NOT be returning) and OWNS a spacious apartment. Renovated, washer/dryer, hard wood floors, 2 bedrooms (the available one has a walk in closet). A/c unit in living space. Conveniently located by highway entrances on Alvarado Road near La Mesa. He is hoping to have the second occupant also be interested in something long term as he will not be sent back to SD. Ultimately the situation is, private landlord, water/trash/sewage included, SDG&E split along with internet and parking.
