What's included in the cost:
To put simply, everything -- utilities, amenities, and rent. You'll have full access to anything in the shared living spaces, as well as at least 1 parking spot within the gated driveway.

What's NOT included in the cost:
If you wish to share the room with another person, the monthly cost will increase by $200 to cover the increased cost of utilities.
If you wish to use the electric car charging port, the monthly cost will increase by $100.

About us:
I am a software engineer working for the federal government, and my partner works in PR for a company in the CBD industry. We're nerds who love playing video games, watching anime, eating good cheese, and running the AC on high.

We have a dog named Dandy who likes people and especially other dogs! We're a dog-friendly household and we encourage you to bring your trained and friendly dog at no extra charge. The backyard is enclosed and perfect for doggy playtime. Plus, there's a doggy-door! :)

House code:
(The code is more what you’d call ‘guidelines’ than actual rules.)
- No tobacco smoking (vaping OK).
- No illegal drugs.
- Guests are welcome, but expected to leave before 11:00pm on work nights.
- Parties are allowed so long as you give us a heads-up.
- No more than one guest may sleep over on weekends.
- Respect the neighbors; no loud music in the yard.
