The room is freshly painted with newer wood look flooring, a large window and a good sized closet. It shares a full hallway bathroom with one other roommate.

What really makes this place unique is the amount of space. The home sits on a large lot with a huge fenced backyard, mature trees, covered outdoor patio, comfortable shared living room, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and plenty of room to spread out.

There are only three roommates total. The other two are firefighters who frequently spend extended periods away from home due to their work schedules, so the house is often quiet and uncrowded. Occasional guests visit, and the goal is to maintain a respectful, comfortable environment for everyone.

Driveway parking is available, with possible garage parking or storage depending on needs and availability.

The North Clairemont location provides convenient freeway access and is close to La Jolla, UCSD, UTC, major hospitals and medical facilities, shopping, dining and beaches.
