Room for rent in brand new ADU!

My roommate Alexa and I are looking for another roommate for the third bedroom! The property is a brand new ADU built this year. Rent is $1500 (Utilities included). The deposit will be one months rent. The move in date can be flexible, but we are looking at either November 1st or December 1st.

This bedroom has a shared bathroom (with one other person), but a door connecting to the bedroom. There’s also a walk in closet and AC. If you’re looking at the floor plan in the images, it’s titled as “Bedroom 2”. This property is gated and we are currently in the process of getting another private spot paved. The outside of the place is still occasionally getting some work done to get the place in perfect condition. Bonus: there’s a ton of exotic fruit trees surrounding the house (passionfruit, mangos, avocados, oranges, and more)

Important Requirements

- Must be female! (non-negotiable)
- Must be between 20-25 years old
- No pets allowed! (The place has a one pet rule and we already have a cat)
- No smoking on the property

About us: We are 20 & 21 year old females! I am a fourth year student at SDSU, and Alexa is entering Cosmetology school in November. We are very nice, clean people who love to game, do karaoke, and go out on adventures! We have a kitten named Percy (who is included in the photos). Percy is an absolute angel who loves cuddling and playing.
