I’m looking for a female roommate around my age, preferably early to mid-20s, who is clean, respectful, responsible, and also friendly and social. I’m 20, go to school, and work as a waitress, so I stay pretty busy, but I also really enjoy going out, hanging out with friends, and being social.

I’d love to live with someone who has a similar lifestyle and who I can get along with and occasionally hang out with, while still respecting each other’s space and independence. I am open to occasional guests in the apartment. I’m looking for someone who keeps shared spaces clean, communicates well, pays rent on time, and is considerate about guests and noise.

I also have a cat, so you definitely need to be comfortable living with a cat! 🐱

Overall, I’m hoping to find someone who is easygoing, fun, responsible, and wants the condo to feel like a comfortable home for both of us.
