I'm looking to fill a room at my house on Oct 1st/Nov 1st.

It's a 3 bed, 2 bath in Clairemont so about 10-15mins to pretty much anywhere. I have the house already furnished and the 3rd room is currently set up as a studio/office which will also fit a second desk. It also has washer/dryer, garage, large backyard. Total rent is $3,635 so it comes out to around $1,800 each.

I'm a 30 year old from Colombia, but have been living in SD for 10 years now and in the US for 20. I'm a working professional Data Scientist/Engineer. I usually spend my time working, doing side projects, producing house music/DJing, going to the gym, traveling or hanging/going out with friends. I love keeping the house clean and as free of clutter as possible without being insanely strict every single day. As a person, I'd consider myself really reliable, trustworthy, loyal, emotionally intelligent, open-minded and respectful. I'm looking for someone that resonates with this type of lifestyle.
