HI all!
We are looking for another housemate to fill our 3b 2b house in Clairmont
We're looking for someone to move in at the end of the month or in August and renew a 1-year lease with us
$1275 + utilities (approximately 100)
$1000 down deposit upon signing the lease

The room is private, approximately ~10x10 with a built-in closet, and one of the walls is a glass sliding door into the backyard. You’ll be sharing the restroom with one other person. We have a driveway for two cars, and there is plenty of street parking, so you won’t have to worry about finding a spot. Utilities are approximately $300/month for electric, gas, water, and internet, split equally among the three. Access to a shared kitchen and an in-unit washer-dryer. We have a fully furnished living room and a nice backyard. So, not much more furniture for the living area. Location is in a central residential area, 10 minutes away from Mesa College, Convoy, and the 805 / 163 freeways. We are not allowed to have any pets on this property, and there is no smoking in the house.

We have a garage that is mostly for storage, and a hobby room as a common area

We're looking for someone who shares similar interests with us, or an overall chill vibe

We (F26 and F32) are all fairly introverted and nerdy, and most of the time we do our own thing, but we would love to be friends. We are two working professionals who are both clean and respectful of each other and the common area. We don’t bring the party home. We sometimes host board game nights, and you're free to join us!
