Roommate would get the master bedroom (12’ x 11.5’ + closets) with an en-suite private bathroom with direct access to the backyard and another room for an office or storage (12’ x 9’ + closets with built-in shelves).

This is a 1,800-square-ft home + a big garage and a great backyard. Plenty of parking and a quiet neighborhood.

Split $4,500 rent and split utilities (roughly $400 to $500 per month total)
