We have one bedroom available in a 4 bedroom house in Clairemont, San Diego. Four bus stops within 100m of the house, trolly to SDSU and UCSD is about 3 min down the road. 20 minute drive to both UCSD and SDSU.
This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood. We have plenty of street parking in front of the house.
We have a bunch of tools/shop space, along with a washer and drier in the garage. The backyard is overlooking a canyon, so the views are great.

**COVID19 precautions are a must** Immune compromised roommates living in the house

LGBTQ+ friendly, we hope to keep an inclusive/respectful house.
Roommates are STEM professionals. House is generally pretty quiet with people studying/working most of the day.

No dogs/cats (landlord rules). Single occupancy in this room. Room is unfurnished. $1000/month + ~$20 for 1gb fiber optic internet. SDGE is variable depending on month, usually 50-80usd/month. Free water and free trash. $1000 deposit . Available for a month to month lease, 60 day move out notice, shorter than 3 months have approx 50-100usd monthly addition.
