We live in a Cul de sac so there’s plenty of parking and no through traffic . Safe neighborhood, close to Mesa college, UCSD, USD and SDSU. Looking for a MALE roommate only , someone who is clean and considerate . We love baseball so we are a fun group . I am the owner and live here too . I have 2 miniature schnauzers so must like dogs. I work a lot , so not home much . Same for other tenants, everyone has different schedules . Room is available for move in on March 10th. Rent amount does not include utilities .
