This is a 3-bedroom home shared with two mature working professionals in their late 30s to early 40s. We are Christians and value a clean, quiet, and respectful living environment. The home is peaceful and ideal for rest and unwinding — not a party house. That said, occasional friends are welcome during reasonable hours with consideration for others.
Fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer included. Conveniently located near shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants, movie theaters, UCSD, and Mesa College. Easy access to major freeways (5, 52, 163, 805, 15). About 10 minutes to Pacific Beach, La Jolla, downtown, Balboa Park, the airport, and Point Loma. MTS bus routes 42 and 105 are right at the corner.
