Large completely furnished 20' x 13' room with an additional 10' x 12' sleeping loft, lots of light and private entry, opening out to the backyard with an outdoor dining set for your use only. Rent includes Wi-Fi, laundry on site, utilities, etc. I, the homeowner, live on the property upstairs should you need me for anything. A common open living/dining room is adjacent for your use, along with a full-sized kitchen. This is a quiet home and tenants mainly like to stay in their own rooms. You would share a full bathroom with one other person and its only 12 steps away from your door. It is a pretty quiet but friendly household. We would require a background check and references from previous landlords. This is a nonsmoking property and we have two small friendly pets that you do not have to interact with if you choose not to. Located in a nice Clairemont home on the Mount streets and close to everything.
