Roommate needed in beautiful Clairemont house

Currently renting out one of the empty rooms in a three bedroom house. You get to choose the room you prefer.

Both rooms are very private, and right next to your private restroom, which has a bathtub and you won't be sharing it with anybody else.

I’m a software engineer and musician. I value calm, respect, and cleanliness at home. I work remotely 100% of the time, I enjoy playing music, exercising, and keeping a balanced, positive environment. I play music in a band, so I have a music / photography studio in the garage. I go out a lot on the weekends, and some weeknights. I have a 7 year old cat, her name is Athena and she's very chill and friendly. Currently my office is in the living room but I'll move it to my room once someone moves in.

Washer and dryer included.

The house has a huge backyard, furnished and with a barbecue, and also a huge garage that you can use for storage or anything else you need (I use it as a music/ photography studio). You'll have access to everything in the house, not just your room.

Close to groceries, shopping centers and right next to the freeway.
