We are 3 guys aged 25-30 living in the Clairemont/Kearny Mesa area. We're right next to Clairemont Mesa blvd. with easy access to Convoy for tons of great Asian food.
One of our housemates moved out on short notice and our master bedroom is open for $1,400 a month. It comes with it's own private bathroom and walk-in closet.
There's currently three of us living here in our own rooms, all guys aged 24 - 30. We're just looking for someone roughly around our age who can pay rent on time and keep their living space clean. The master bedroom does have space for two people if anyone wanted to move in as a pair.
The room would be rented out on a month to month basis; you would just need to give us/the property manager a one month notice before moving out.
Rent for the remainder of March will be discounted (50% off) and prorated.
