Newly Renovated Room in Centrally Located Unit, Cl

Roommate wanted for newly remodeled three bedroom two bath condo in the Claremont Village Square complex. The room is available whenever. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, stores, schools such as Mesa College and USD, and easy access to the 805.

The unit is 1200 ft² with a large living space and large kitchen. Your room can be furnished or unfurnished (bed, sheets, towels, living room furniture, kitchenware, etc. can be provided but feel free to bring your own!). There is street parking on Genesee and Mt. Alifan Drive. The unit is ~20 steps away from the laundry room and even closer to the pool.

I am a 24 year old male born and raised in San Diego now working in construction management. Outside of work I go to the gym, play a few instruments as a hobby, and generally enjoy doing things outdoors.

The other person you’ll be sharing the unit with is also a 24 year old male working in biology. He practices rowing, loves to cook, is outdoorsy, and is one of the friendliest people you will meet.

Both of us are outgoing and like to explore new activities, find new places, and meet new people. Most week nights see us hanging out in the living room watching the next episode of the current TV show, on weekends we strike a perfect balance of staying out late and having relaxing nights in. We respect everyone’s need for alone time, but are also hoping to find someone that is down to hang out and be our friend!

Sign-on to a 12 month lease is preferrable, but I am willing to discuss a month to month arrangement if 12 month isn't possible.
