Hi everyone!

My roommate and I are looking for a roommate to replace me in our 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit in Chula Vista, starting November 1st. We have lived here since May of 2024, and the new roommate would take the larger bedroom with an attached bathroom and a small patio.

The apartment is walkable distance to lots of restaurants and fun stuff in the area.
We have in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, and a free covered parking space. The kitchen comes with a fridge, microwave, air fryer, oven, stove, and dishwasher. We are looking for a roommate who is accepting of LGBT+ people, and we would love someone in their 20s/30s who wants to make friends.

The bedroom is pretty large at (approximately) 22x13 feet, including the full bathroom and closet. The rent is $1,700 monthly (including utilities). Please message me if interested!
