Welcome to a spacious executive suite in a quiet, owner-occupied, gated condominium in the heart of Chula Vista. This home offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and convenience in one of the area’s most walkable neighborhoods.

The private suite features a large furnished bedroom, a private full bathroom, designated underground parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, and all utilities included (reasonable use). You’ll also have access to a fully equipped kitchen and in-unit laundry.

If you enjoy cooking, you’ll appreciate the well-stocked kitchen, which includes a full-size refrigerator with filtered water and an ice maker, cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee makers, a rice cooker, blender, juicer, toaster, and other everyday kitchen essentials.

Step outside and enjoy a truly pedestrian-friendly lifestyle. Memorial Park and the Chula Vista Recreation Center are located just behind the community, and Third Avenue Village—with its restaurants, cafés, coffee shops, breweries, boutiques, library, farmers market, and community events—is just a short walk away. The location also offers convenient access to major freeways, public transportation, and Naval Base San Diego.

I work full-time and maintain a quiet, low-traffic home, making this an ideal living environment for someone who values privacy, cleanliness, and a peaceful atmosphere. I’m looking for a respectful, responsible tenant who appreciates a well-maintained home and communicates openly. A minimum stay of three months is required.

To maintain a comfortable home for everyone, the suite is intended for one occupant, although an exceptional couple may be considered. No overnight guests are permitted, quiet hours are observed, and shared spaces are expected to be kept clean and tidy.

This is a smoke-free property. Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property, including inside the home, patios, and common areas. Applicants who smoke may be considered if they smoke only off the property and fully respect this policy.
