To maintain a comfortable home for everyone, the suite is intended for one occupant, although an exceptional couple may be considered. No overnight guests are permitted, quiet hours are observed, and shared spaces are expected to be kept clean and tidy.
This is a smoke-free property. Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property, including inside the home, patios, and common areas. Applicants who smoke may be considered if they smoke only off the property and fully respect this policy.
