LIVING ENVIRONMENT:
This is a warm, active family home shared with me (a teacher) and my two children (ages 5 and 10), who are home from Saturday night through Wednesday night. When the kids are here, the main floor (kitchen/living area) can be lively, occasionally noisy, and messy —this is a real, lived-in home full of life and joy. The third floor offers separation, but it’s important to be comfortable with a family environment. There is also a room on the third floor that is occasionally used during the day (not frequently) for storage/play. The room would not be accessed before 10:00 AM or after 6 PM.

HOUSE GUIDELINES:
*Overnight guests prohibited and daytime guests allowed apon landlord approval for safety reasons.
*Smoke free and drug free home
*Pet free home .
