Carlsbad Beachfront Room

ASAP.. Looking for a guy to rent out the room my roomate left because of his new job. I work alot at Toyota near by and like to come home to walk the beach and then watch TV while getting ready for bed. I go to the gym and run errands on my day or 2 off.

Just be chill. Prefer not to have a loud music, video games or music. Loud TV is fine with me. I'm alergic to drama. Clean up after yourself as much as possible. Dishes not everywhere is appreciate I get a bowl and a glass rushing out of the house just happens sometimes. No biggie!

Your room is your room. No overnight guests really wanted. Someone visits and they need a place to stay for a night is no big deal. I don't have anyone over and I just work alot 48 to 65 hours a week. I deal with 40 to 80 people a day on the phones and have to be around people all day. Just really like to recharge at home and relax. Walk the beach when I can and get ready for bed while I watch TV in my room and eat my dinner. I'm very simple and easy going. I love shows, movies, and sleeping. I eat out alot and like to make sandwiches and eat cereal or some eggs in the kitchen.
