Private entrance Upgraded room for rent in Crlsbad

Hello,
I own a house in North Carlsbad in a great neighbrhood. Near Sage Creek high, Palomar, Mira Costa college and not far from CSSM. Near 78 and 5 Fwy.
I live in the main house.
There is a private entrance casita, fully furnished with Pottery Barn furniture full bed with a full bathroom, mini fridge, microwave and TV.
This does not have a kitchen. It is possible to come share the kitchen if needed and W&D possibly. There is a private side patio and backyard with BBQ that you can use if quiet and respectful. We are next door to an Olympic sized pool and jacuzzi is availbable to use and walking trails. Street parking only. Pretty quiet neighbhood. No smoking, vaping, alcolhol or drug use of any kind or any parties. No regulars staying over on a regular basis. Please be clean, quiet and respectful of this room and my house.
We have two cats in the main house but no other pets allowed. I'd prefer a full time student or full time professional or work full time.. Female only applicants please. This is for 1 person. I would prefer a 6mth to a year lease but will consider 3 mths for the right tenant.
I am a mother and I am a full time professional. I need someone I can trust at my house.
