I love living here because we have great views, ocean breezes and access to eveything wonderful. This space is best suited for a professional woman who appreciates a calm, well-kept and respectful living environment. Walk in through the patio area into your private entrance through a sliding glass door which locks only for you. From here you move into a spacious bedroom and newly remodeled private bathroom with clean, modern finishes. The room is offered fully furnished and is not intended for additional furniture. The home is owner-occupied by me, a retired professional woman and young grandnmother with an active, independent lifestyle, creating a setting that feels both safe and easy to live in. I am looking ideally for someone with a consistent schedule who works out of the home and appreciates a quiet, comfortable place to come home to.

I wanted to add that the pictures at the end are of the nearby Swami's beach, the Batiquitos Lagoon trail, The Crossings Golf course 7th hole and the Encinitas Ranch golf course during a recent day with a rainbow. The Forum upscale shops are nearby. Oh and the first sunset is a picure I took from the balcony off the kitchen and living space upstairs. Everything mentioned is within about a 10-15 minute drive.
