The third room is used for occasional guests. The home is totally furnished outside of the room for rent. The laundry room is conveniently located upstairs and it is situated between the two rooms and the master bedroom for added privacy.
The townhome has an attached garage which would be shared and an EV charger. There is a fenced wraparound yard/large patio in the front of the home with all the amenities needed for a small gathering or bbq. The community offers a resort style pool, jacuzzi, large gym, many walking trails, and lush grass and garden areas,
About Me- I work outside of the home Monday-Friday 8 to 4:30. I don’t cook much, except I do enjoy to barbecue. I, for the most part, spend my weekday evenings relaxing to recharge. On the weekends I enjoy spending time with friends, gardening, kayaking, exercising, doing Pilates, hanging out near the ocean for the breeze, sun sets, road trips, an occasional happy hour, trying new things and Sunday naps.

Most importantly, what I’m I’m looking for in a housemate is a person who already knows how important communication, respect and privacy of personal space is for one another. I need my housemate to be friendly, honest and to care for the townhome and the furnishing as if it was their own. Also please be clean and tidy especially in shared spaces, and financially responsible. I feel these things are key to a happy and peaceful house share relationships. No heavy drinkers or drug use.
