Carlsbad Room for Rent

I am looking for a roommate to live in my 2 bedroom apartment in Carlsbad. My current roommate is moving out of state to be with family, and is willing to negotiate for furnishing if interested. This 2 bed apartment comes with a washer and dryer included in the unit, beautiful amenities including 2 pools with grills and rec rooms, tennis/pickleball courts, a gym, and is walking distance to the beach. Great for college students. Lots of parking close to the unit. This apartment is walking distance to the beach and the park. I have a 9 year-old golden retriever so must be okay with dogs. I am a 32 year old male, preferably looking for someone in my general age range. Pets welcome.
