Looking for roommate for a townhome 3 miles from the ocean. Rent is $1400/month & $1400 deposit. Available June 1st.
Home will be shared with a female in master and male in 2nd room. he basically sleeps here and then leaves for work. Townhouse built 2017,
1700 ft.² with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The room for rent is 12x13 ft.² with sliding mirror closet doors or 14x15 either can be furnished or unfinished, (in room vanity available for room, if needed). The upstairs bathroom is nice size and shared with one male who works two jobs and is rarely home. Garage is available to share. Our community has a large heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, a nice large gym, many walking trails and close to Calavera Lake.
The downstairs has an open concept family room, kitchen and eating area. There is also a half bath. We have a fenced front wrap-around yard/patio with a patio table, egg chair and fire pit.
We are pretty chill, quiet and tidy. We both work full time- plus. General areas are all to be shared and enjoyed, as long as cared for.
