Looking for roommate for a townhome 3 miles from the ocean. Rent is $1900/month & $1900/ deposit. Available June 1st.
Home will be shared with a female in master. Townhouse built 2017, 1700 ft.² with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The room for rent is 14x15 can either can be furnished or unfinished, (in room vanity available for room, if needed). Attached garage is to share. Our community has a large heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, a nice large gym, many walking trails and close to Calavera Lake.
The downstairs has an open concept family room, kitchen and eating area. There is also a half bath. There is a fenced front wrap-around yard/patio with a patio table, egg chair, bbq and fire pit.
I am pretty chill, quiet and tidy, would like the same. Looking for a roommate that is trustworthy, reliable, clean, good communication and willing to keep the home a place where we can relax and recharge , I work full time. General areas are all to be shared and enjoyed, as long as cared for.
