Large room + walk-in closet in Large shared House

We’re looking for a friendly and responsible housemate to join us in our beautiful, spacious home.

The house is in excellent condition and features an updated kitchen, two large living rooms with high ceilings, and 2.5 bathrooms. We’ve recently upgraded dishwasher and laundry machines. Outside, you’ll find a charming backyard—perfect for relaxing, reading, yoga, or hosting a casual BBQ. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and ideally located just minutes from grocery stores (including Trader Joe’s), great restaurants, and about 10 minutes from the beach.

The bedroom itself is very large, filled with natural light, and located on the second floor for added privacy. It includes a walk-in closet and can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference. You’ll also have full access to all shared spaces, including both living rooms, the kitchen, and the backyard. Parking is easy and always available right in front of the house on our private street.

About us: We (landlord) are a quiet couple in our mid/late 30s originally from the Northeast. Friendly and respectful, we've moved here about 5 years ago, sharing the house with roommate ever since. We love the outdoors, running, travelling and cooking! Well-travelled with experience living abroad, and we’re both working full time (Mr. in biotech, Mrs. in mental health). Also living here with us is another tenant - she's in her mid 30 working in landscape restoration, and plays beach volleyball every opportunity she has.

We’re looking for someone who is easygoing, respectful, and takes pride in keeping a clean and comfortable home.

Rent is $1,350/month with a one-month deposit. Move-in date is flexible.
