DO YOU LOVE THE BEACH LIFE?
Come share my 2BR 2BA apartment located 1/2 mile from the beach! Drive, cycle or walk! Walking distance to Carlsbad Village with restaurants, shops and entertainment. This is a fantastic location, but still on a quiet residential street.

YOUR ROOM (12x10 plus large closet space) is sunny, carpeted and furnished with a Queen-size bed including comfy foam mattress. Optional are: desk, chair, small bed-side table and standing room lamp. Full bathroom has a tub and shower, granite counter sink and large wall mirror. No shared walls (bathrooms are in the middle), so lots of privacy. :-)

SHARED COMMON SPACES: Kitchen, living room, balcony.
Fully equipped kitchen gas stove/oven, microwave, full-size fridge. Back door leads to the balcony. Living room space has two comfy lounge chairs and is a wonderful space for reading, chilling out or meditating and maybe even some yoga!

I currently WFH doing contract work and my photography side hustle. [Check out some of my work if interested: "at" cksworld.] Prefer a professional or student who primarily works outside the home or attends school/university during the weekday.

CHILL PLACES TO HANG OUTSIDE:
I have cleaned up and made the "garden" area gorgeous. Three raised garden beds, lots of space for potted plants, tables and chairs, and sunny most of the day. Then there is the pool. Large enough for laps. Lounges for sunbathing and relaxing. Well maintained jacuzzi.

And of course there is a laundry room with 4 washers and 5 dryers. Only $1.25 per load.

Extra locked storage available for any of your toys. All utilities and internet are shared. Sorry, but the space is not suitable for couples or pets.

Month-to-month rental agreement, short-term is okay. Available now.
