Looking for Roommate, Carlsbad Apt

Hello!

My name is Benjamin; I've been living at this spot in Carlsbad for a year and a half. My prior roommate moved off to Europe, so now I'm looking for someone to join.

I've been hear a year now, and I really enjoy the place. It's got 2 separate bed/bath, with a kitchen, living area, and balcony. The bedroom that I'm in is larger, so I would be paying over half of the rent. The complex is called "The Avenue At Carlsbad", which includes several gated areas. This apartment is on the second floor of the building. A pool, gym, laundry room are all a short walk away. There are some grocery stores, cafes, etc just down the street, and Carlsbad Village and downtown Oceanside are close by.

I am 34yo, an engineer, and I spend most of my free time running, traveling, and volunteering. I'm very easygoing, clean, responsible, and pretty quiet. If this sounds like a place you'd be interested in, shoot me a message and I can have you come by to check it out.
