Up for rent is a spacious bedroom with your own PRIVATE bathroom (shower, sink, vanity, etc) in a nice, quiet house in a modern safe neighborhood in Carlsbad near the business districts of Faraday & Palomar Airport Road. Optional clean queen-size bed + frame available for use, if needed or feel free to bring/use your own bed.

Occupant will have access and use to the rest of the house's common areas (living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, backyard, BBQ, 1.5 bathrooms from the two floors), which are all fully furnished (see pics!)

Occupant has access to 1 garage parking spot. If there are additional vehicles, please park on the streets, which has plenty of parking spaces for occupant and guests.

Occupant will have access to resort-style Olympic-size outdoor HEATED (even in winter) pool, jacuzzi, 2 semi-private pickleball courts, yoga circle with multiple parks, giant fire pit, and 3 large cabanas.

Lots of hiking trails nearby (Calavera Hills) and public tennis courts (Poinsettia Park; Calavera Park, etc).

Approximately 5 minutes from I-5 highway; 78 freeways, close to the beach as well (approximately 5 minutes drive)
