Carlsbad Room For Rent!

I'm a single mom and student. Have a 13 and 15 yr. old and a small malti-poo dog (friendly, playful, chill). I'm mainly looking for someone who can help financially lessen the burden while I'm still in school. The apartment is a good size with available room near front door. Top floor with a view. We're home most of the time but keep to ourselves mostly. My kids are great but they are teenagers and at times it's obvious. I keep a clean house and would like someone who picks up after themselves in the common rooms. Looking for someone who's mellow, keeps to themselves for the most part, clean, understanding, and easy going. Room is unfurnished. There are two bathrooms. Normally my daughter uses one bathroom and my son and I use the bathroom attached to my room. The property is very nice, rec room, pool, small dog park and playground. I don't have a garage but it's possible the property has one available at an extra cost. There is plenty of open parking available. Property: Tradition Apartments. more pics upon request.
