Private room with shared bathroom available in Carlsbad/La Costa area. 10 minutes from I-5 and CA-78. Quiet, safe apartment complex. Water, G&E, WiFi all included in monthly rent.

Single person only. Would be sharing bathroom with one adult male. No pets, but must be okay with existing pets in the apartment. Carpeted room includes spacious closet. Apartment has in unit washer/dryer. Full kitchen, nearby parking. No smoking, no partying, limited guests, must be clean and organized.

Asking for first & last month’s rent, plus $200 deposit. Do not bring additional furniture for outside of the bedroom. Previous roommate was reserved, quiet, and respectful, we would like to get someone similar.
