The bedroom has 2 closets with rods for hanging clothes and an above long shelf and lots of floor space for storage as well. The room can hold up to a queen size bed. The bathroom is very close to your bedroom. The bedroom has new flooring and newly painted. It’s nice.
I own my home and have lived here 14 years so far. Use of kitchen to cook, and use of all living spaces. Two side yards. Laundry is on site.
The mobile park is a quiet and peaceful highly sought after gated smaller community. Lots of amenities: Green outdoor areas to relax by clubhouse and pool area. Pool, Jacuzzi, gym, pool table, library, events and dinners at the clubhouse if you like to go to.
The bedroom has 2 closets that open to a big long space for clothes shoes and storage.
There is a shaded carport for both of our vehicles.
Available to rent in April 2026.
