Room for rent; 11 mins from SDSU!

I am looking to rent out one of my spare rooms in my new townhome. The room will be available mid December.

The home is located in El Cajon near Parkway Plaza Mall. Just 11 minutes from SDSU! It has garage parking, washer & dryer, Central AC/heating, a small backyard, security system, solar and everything is electric (yay low SDGE bills).

The room is standard size room with mirrored closet (11x13). Shared bathroom.

Rent is $1100/month + utilities.
Deposit is 1 month’s rent.
A little about me: I am 34 years old and recently purchased this beautiful townhome. I work from home for a software company. I play recreational sports a few times a week. I occasionally have small gatherings at the home as it is a great space for entertaining. I also dog sit outside the home regularly and traveling whenever possible!

The other roommate: 22 year old female, currently a student and works outside the home in the evenings (usually 2-10pm). Quiet, clean & respectful. She has a respectful dog that stays with us on rare occasions and mostly stays in her room with her.

I have included photos & a video. The rooms are currently unfurnished but can be furnished if needed with a full size bed for an additional $25/month.

SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY. No couples or families please! Prefer no pets, as there is already a pet in the home part time.
