We are in Bonsall near the 15 Freeway. The property includes a tennis and pickleball court, two pools, large outdoor mirrored gym, full-sized cinema, library, family room, living room, dining area, two bars, large 3-story game room with ping pong, billiards, shuffleboard, and over 100 board games, 4th-level room and balcony, and more. Speakers throughout the house and on the property.
There are hiking trails along with our “Stonehenge” fire pit in a wooded area on the property. We are near great hiking and mountain biking. We’re under 30 minutes from beautiful beaches (without traffic) and about 45 minutes from downtown San Diego.

This place is ideal for athletes/gym rats and others who want to reach their goals in life while fully enjoying as many moments as possible. Since I have two daughters and no sons, I have been living with females for decades. My younger daughter recently left to go to graduate school overseas, so I had a lot of space open and I decided to open it up to likeminded people. I want each person who lives here to have full access to the common areas and property. The goal is for everyone to learn from each other and create a positive environment that encourages hard work while also enjoying the experience to the fullest. I am a scientist and I have my own company. I’m a former professor and coach. I am very active physically and lift weights or play sports daily. If you play tennis at a 10.0 UTR or above, please mention that. People who enjoy working out, pickleball, tennis, billiards, ping pong, putting or pitching in golf, and/or Spikeball will likely be very happy here. I have a basketball hoop too along with some extra mountain bikes and unicycles that may be borrowed.
