Looking for a friendly, quiet and clean roommate in a two story, renovated, nice and clean house with simple living environment. House is in a quiet cul-de-sac. Room: Private Room downstairs with closet & bathroom. Rent includes utilities (Internet/WiFi, gas/electricity, water/trash). No cable TV. Furniture: Room is furnished. Occupancy: One person only - no couples, no kids and no pets Lease Term: Minimum 3 months (Not accepting month-to-month) House has heating and AC. Laundry: In garage Parking: Available outside. No garage parking. House has a large backyard. Cleanliness: Must clean up after yourself (Kitchen, bathroom and common areas of use). Kitchen: Basic cooking use. Basic house rules: No Smoking of any kind (including Vape, Cannabis, etc.)/ No 420 / No drugs / No stay overs/ Basic hygiene protocols. There will be credit/background check. We are both professionals, one is a teacher and the other is a software engineer. We have three adult children, two are out of the house and the third is at university. The older two come home during the holidays and the youngest comes home during school breaks. We have two non-allergenic cats that are very friendly. The house is 2600 square feet.
