☀️ Brand new ADU in Bay Park, read whole ad

Hi there,

I am looking at a just-built 1br ADU in Bay Park. It’s a great location. The building was literally just finished, has a washer/dryer and kitchen, bathroom. This would be a unique set up, similar to one that I had in New York City. Please read the whole ad so that I know you understand.

Obviously, this part of San Diego is extremely expensive. It’s centrally located and sunny. I would like to split the apartment with somebody. I would take the bedroom, and the other person could be in the living area. There’s a nice kitchen. You would have to be OK with the fact that I would come out to use the kitchen, walk out the door, etc. I am usually in my room, however.

I have a cat, and this is also a consideration. I would love someone who at least likes cats.

I am looking for a very chill. Good vibes.
