Looking for a responsible, easygoing roommate to join a relaxed but active home. The Room & Setup: Fully private bedroom with its own separate exterior entrance (no shared hallways) Private full bathroom (yours alone). Vaulted ceiling and central heat. This space is currently my office but will be completely cleared out for the roommate. I'm moving my office to the sunroom.

The rest of the house is shared and completely furnished (living room, kitchen, laundry, etc.)

Separate huge 2-car garage with tons of extra space – perfect for bikes, kayaks, surfboards, camping gear, tools, or whatever toys you’ve got. The washer and dryer are also in the garage. Also a deep freezer.

Nice backyard with mature fruit trees (citrus, avocado, etc.), patio, BBQ, and a cold plunge tub for recovery days
Bonus spare guest room available for your occasional out-of-town friends/family (just give a heads-up)

About Me / The Vibe:
I’m a mid-30s professional developer, laid-back, clean, and respectful. I work in Pacific Beach. I'm into fitness, wellness (gym, trail running, outdoor sports), the outdoors (camping, fishing, hiking, snowboarding), and travel whenever possible.

I like keeping the house peaceful during the week but I’m social on weekends – having friends over for dinner, games, or a firepit is totally cool. Just no ragers or big parties. Ideal Roommate: Similar vibe: active, outdoorsy, professionally minded, and respectful of shared space.

Male or female, 25–45ish, non-smoker
Employed/professional or stable remote situation. Clean, communicative, and chill.

Rent: $1900/month + utilities, WiFi, and water.

Usually splits ~$200–250/mo depending on season)
Security deposit: $1500

Lease: month-to-month after 3 months
With a 45 day notice move out requirement
Credit check and references are required. $60 fee.

Move-in: Jan 1 (a little flexible earlier or a bit later)
