This is for a great remodeled townhouse.

Room is 10.25 x 9.75

I am a 37 year old female looking for a female housemate for a room in a great 2 bedroom townhouse.
This house has 1.5 baths, 2 rooms and washer and dryer. Onsite pool. Unassigned onsite parking with a parking pass and street parking.

I have been living in the unit for 4 years, it's a nice quiet family area. It's also pretty centrally located, so nothing is too far away. The landlord has been great and very responsive whenever there has been an issue in the unit.

I am pretty quite, love video games and art, I work during the day at an office and I am usually running around outdoors on the weekends. I am originally from Florida, but have been living in San Diego since 2013 and don't ever plan on moving back. I dont normally have people over, but I do have a serious girlfriend so my housemate needs to be LGBT friendly.

The living room is furnished with a couch, table and TV.

I have 2 small friendly pups (9lb. 13 yr old chorkie and 18lb. 4 yr old pug) that will want to be your friend.

Rent price includes utilities and internet

Neighborhood amenities are only a 5min walk: grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and bars.

Enjoy ocean breezes while overlooking scenic Tecolote Canyon Nature Preserve. East of I-5 and south of Balboa with easy freeway access, approx 8 miles to downtown and shopping center near by.
