Private Bedroom & Bathroom in a 2/2 Unit Bay Park

The condo is a two bedroom two bath unit in Bay Park that has wonderful views of Mission Bay. The condo has a nice sized kitchen, dining area, laundry, and a TV room with a large couch and a big TV. The room for rent is available furnished and the renter will have their own bathroom. The condo complex is gated, has parking, and has pools and hot tubs. It is very safe and secure. The apartment is located close to the Clairemont Drive Blue Line Trolley Stop, USD, Mission Bay (it is a 5 minute walk), Mission Valley, the freeways, amazing restaurants, and coffee shops (Walking distance to Seisel's Market, Bay Park Fish Company, Luce/Baci, Harland Brewery and Poseidon Project). Rent is $1300 a month plus half of the cable, internet and utilities. The deposit is $1,250.

Here is a little about me: I am a fun, friendly and outgoing woman in my mid-30's who works for a local non-profit from around 9:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday (and occasionally on Saturdays too). That said, I lay low during the week and and like to keep the place clean. I am looking for a roommate with a similar lifestyle. I also have two very sweet and friendly cats named Sarge and Doc. They are getting older in age, so they will need to be the only pets in the household.

I am looking for someone similar, vaxxed, Covid conscious, considerate, clean and doesn't work 100% remote.
