Master Bedroom with en suite Bath for Rent in Home

-I am renting two bedrooms in my 4 bedroom house in Bay Ho. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and is $1,650/month. The guest bedroom has a shared bathroom and is $1,300/moth. Both rooms are unfurnished. The house is 10 minutes from the beaches in La Jolla or PB, and 15 minutes to downtown and the airport.

-There is a fully enclosed backyard with artificial grass, perfect for relaxing/sun-tanning. Washer, dryer, and gym equipment are in the garage.

-I am the homeowner and live-in landlord.

General items/rules include:
-Security deposit is one month's rent.
-There is plenty of street parking in front of the house. There is one driveway parking spot for the senior tenant in the house.
-Overnight guests are permitted, just give me a heads up first.
-No pets.

-I pay for the internet and power but utilities will be shared equally amongst occupants. There is 1 monthly gas bill and 1 water/trash bill that comes out every other month.
-Prospective tenants must be employed and not work from home.
