One male and one female are looking for a third housemate. The house is in a very nice, quiet, well-kept neighborhood with no houses across the street or behind the house. Parking is directly in front of the house and right under a streetlight. Rent includes all utilities, including high-speed internet and a monthly housekeeper for the community areas, You can add your room if you like, the housekeeper would probably charge you $20.00. The shared bathroom costs the two sharing it $10.00/month each. There is one dog, we call him the alarm, and he is the best security going. He is not allowed to bother the roommates. The washer and dryer are in the garage. The kitchen has all the usual features plus two refrigerators. You would share a bath with an obsessively clean and neat guy. The yard is plenty big for dogs to play, and the resident dog is very lonely and hopes a playful doghousemate joins us.
