Looking For Third Housemate In A 3 Bedroom Home

I have a 3 bedroom two bathroom home in Bay HO, at the west end of Clairemont. The neighborhood is really nice, no houses across the street and the ones behind are so far below us you can't see them from the house or yard. It's quiet and peaceful. Easy parking right in front of the house under a street light. The location couldn't be more convenient, all three major freeways from a mile to 3 miles from the house, shopping centers in three directions less than 2 miles away with everything from Costco, multiple eateries, a theatre, Trader Joes, Sprouts and grocery chains, libraries, DMV, and every service imaginable. Some furniture is available. Laundry is in the garage. 2 refrigerators in the kitchen, dishwasher, and the usual amenities. The living room is scarcely used. The rent is month to month, $1400.00 includes all utilities and the monthly housekeeper for the community part of the house. My current housemate is a massage therapist, I am a veterinarian. There is a nice place to go walking right across the street. Bus and trolley lines are within walking distance. UCSD, Scripps Hospital, and the VA Hospital are about 7 miles away.
