Hello! Do you need a short term room? A few weeks, or a month at a time? I am offering a furnished large bedroom in a spacious yet quiet end unit 2 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath townhouse. Your room has a private balcony, walk in closet and nice view and is centrally located in north west Clairemont just 5 minutes from Pacific Beach & La Jolla
The unit does not have air-conditioning, I have never needed it. I do have high speed wireless internet. No traditional cable TV. There is a gas grill, and private outdoor space. Washer and dryer are included. It’s furnished, but rather simple. There is a community hot tub and pool with lovely seating areas. Plenty of street parking and a two car garage attached.
Grocery stores and Starbucks 5 minute drive in either direction. Target and Wal Mart 10 minutes away, The BEACH is barely 10 minutes away!
$650 a week
$2300 a month.
I am a single male works outside the home most days. I rent out both bedrooms upstairs and I sleep for several days out of the week on the fold up bed in the couch in the living room, I’m usually out of the house by 7:30 AM and gone most of the day I’m also out of town several days each week.
Unfortunately, no pets.
No smoking.
Kitchen is fully available to you at any time!
