We appreciate our privacy and yours in a safe environment. The room is tastefully FURNISHED with a queen bed, desk, dresser, large closet, mini fridge, and wall mounted TV with DVR HBO/SHW., bedding, towels ect. You will be sharing a guest bathroom with the other renter, however, you do have DIRECT ACCESS to bath via pocket door from this BR. We will share the deck with view of Bay, kitchen (with all dishes, .appliances, ect.), dining area. Room for a bike in garage. All utilities included, HS internet, gas/electric/water/central heating/ AC, washer/dryer. Plenty of street parking in front. Safe and quiet neighborhood.
