Large Room Available

One of our roommates is moving in with his girlfriend, so we (Matt and Asher) are looking to fill his room. The room is for one male roommate(single occupancy) and includes a private bedroom with a shared bathroom (shared with Matt).

We’re looking for someone who is respectful, communicative, and cleans up after themselves. We try to keep the common areas tidy and would like someone who does the same. The apartment is located in Logan Heights, about 5 minutes from Downtown San Diego and the airport.

Room will be available May 8th or possibly sooner.
Rent is $950/ Security deposit: $800
Utilities: Water and gas are included. Trash is $40/month split between three people. Electricity is around $100/month and internet is $65.31/month, both split among the three roommates.

A few questions for applicants:
• What do you do for work?
• How old are you?
• What is your monthly income?
• Do you have a good credit score?
• Can you provide 6 months of pay stubs and bank statements?
Your name will be on the lease, so the landlord will require proof of income.

It's a large room that can fit a King or Queen bed.

House rules:
No smoking(any kind) and no pets(any kind) per landlord.
Being considerate and clean after yourself in the common spaces.
You're welcome to have people over as long as they're respectful of other housemates.
