I am renting out a one bedroom, with a Full bathroom on the hallway as shown on pic, bathroom would have to be shared with another person. Yes bathroom is kept very clean.

$1000.00 Monthly Rental---PLUS--- $700.00 security deposit

This Includes: ( Gas-Electric, Water/Sewer, high speed interne, washer & amp; dryer, personal A/C. Home is always maintained clean) With a cleaning person that comes to detail the home once a month.
