The two story house is located in Alpine California on 1.34 acres with an amazing view overlooking San Diego. The beach is 35 miles. On a clear day you can see the Pacific Ocean!
The house has a large upstairs balcony for lounging, reading, or just relaxing listening to birds, frogs, owls, coyotes, etc depending on the time of day.
The house has two 14/50 220V plugs for EV charging.
My wife and I live in the master so there are three 10' x 11' bedrooms to rent.
Rent will be paid monthly via Zelle, or similar, on auto pay.
The term will be month to month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
